Food here taste good. Service was fast & efficient. Premise is clean. We ordered half a steamed kg chicken, stir fried bitter gourd with salted egg yolk, stir fried fish slices in spring onions. Stir fried a garlic green leafy vegetable. Chicken meat is smooth & juicy. Bitter gourd is soft & tasty, unlike the usual deep fried ones elsewhere. Fish slices were fresh & cooked just rite.

No frills for atmosphere. I came to eat, not party. Dishes came out fast. I have to admit it was one of the best family style meals I had in a while for Chinese restaurants while in Malaysia. I wished we ordered the fried chicken, it looked so good. The seafood tasted fresh. The pork ribs were juicy and tender. Can’t ask for more. It met my expectations.

Steamed red snapper fish. Plain simple and no spices. You can taste the freshness and juicy meat. No worries about any fishy smell. Only gripe is that most of the fish available come in big size. Ordered their signature yam basket with chicken cutlet served with cashew nuts.

The service here is fast from taking orders to serving of the food. Generally the food here is on a sauce heavy side. The paku dish was nice and it's nice that they added fried anchovies to the dish (RM30), 'lo Shu fun' was good felt like a mix of noodles and porridge texture (RM19), steam salted chicken was average (RM42), the claypot tofu was alright but I thought it was overpriced for the dish (RM38), mix pork ribs (RM55). Pork was succulent, juicy and tender. Rice here is RM2.80 one bowl. The price is before tax. Overall, pretty decent.

I like the fried intestine with shrimp, it's so delicious and not smelly. Very fast service despite being so crowded. Generally inclined towards salty but this varies according to taste bud. However, the siong tong yuen choi has not much veggie because it is filled with egg and anchovies

We had a table able to seat 14, which is a rarity nowadays. Food was good, service was good, There were other dishes, but didn't have time to take pictures due to overwhelming hunger pangs....!!
